Refund policy

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Domestic Orders

 

Return & Refund Policy:

  • For Defective Products Raise your return request within 7 Days of receiving the shipment.
  • Small variations in the printing are part of what make Indian block print or weaved fabrics so special, a single unwanted movement can result in little smudges or irregularities which does not consider as defect.
  • You will receive an approval mail from us within 48 hours and a pickup will be arranged.
  • If approved, please pack the product so it can be picked up by courier boy without any delays.
  • You will be notified by us once we receive the returned product.
  • In case of defective products, it will be replaced with like to like. If no like-to-like product is available, then the customer can choose another product valued at same price.
  • A refund would be processed within 5-7 days after the product is received in good condition on original payment method if it was prepaid Order.
  • If the order was COD, you will receive a credit value of the same amount in the form of Gift-card which will be valid for 1 year from the date of issue and you can redeem it towards future purchase.
  • If you wish to cancel the order, please do so before it’s shipped.
  • If you cancel your order before it has been shipped, we will refund the entire amount
  • We don't provide refunds for COD Orders.
  • Sari/Sarees with Fall and Edging is not eligible for Return or Exchange.
  • For Change of mind/Did not like the Fit reasons Pick up will be arranged but return courier charges will be borne by customer.

Exchange Policy:

  • Raise an Exchange Request for Size Related Issues within 7 Days of receiving the product. You will receive an approval mail from us within 48 hours.
  • If approved, please pack the product so it can be picked up by courier boy without any delays.
  • We don't provide try-on service and discourage unnecessary shipments for the goal of sustainability. We appreciate your understanding that requests may be rejected for this reason.
  • You will be notified by us once we receive your shipment. 
  • If you want to exchange the product with another product of higher amount, we will give you a coupon code of the previous amount. You can use this code while placing your new order and pay the balance amount.
  • If you want to exchange your product for another product of lower amount, a credit note of the balance amount will be given to you and can  be redeemed towards future purchase.

NOTE FOR RETURN & EXCHANGE:

  • The items should be unused and unwashed for hygiene reasons
  • COD and Shipping charges are nonrefundable.
  • Send the original invoice along with product without which we won’t be able process any request.
  • Return/Exchange requests that are not raised within 48 Hours of receiving the product would not be approved.
  • Though we have critical standards on our quality requirements and every package was carefully checked before shipping, problems may occur at times during shipment. For any quality problem or our ignorance during shipment, please do not hesitate to get in touch with us anoumish@gmail.com, we will put our efforts to solve and provide solutions for your satisfaction.
  • Products cannot be returned or exchanged when purchased during Special Discounts or SALE.

Please note that no returns or refunds shall be allowed if the customer is dissatisfied with the colour, size, shape, quality of the product, only exchange is allowed in such cases.
Note: There is no guarantee with regards to fancy colours. It is advisable to avoid detergent soaps and wash saris and border separately.
