Shipping policy

Shipping charges on our products shall be mentioned at the time of checkout. We do free shipping in India as per given in the below table. The shipping charges wherever applicable are based on basket size. In cases where the basket size becomes voluminous, we charge a nominal fee as oversized packaging charges, to accommodate and safely deliver all the items ordered.
Customers are requested to provide an accurate, complete and valid address and pin code at the time of creating an account to avoid any delays, as we would not be liable if any incorrect address is provided and no refunds may be claimed by the buyer for any delay in delivery of the Products, which was caused due to reasons beyond our control.
Please note that billing Address refers to the address where a customer receives credit card bills and shipping address refers to the address where the order has to be delivered. You cannot change the shipping address once the order is placed.
Once the order is placed, you can track the order status on our website, and in case of any queries relating to the order, our customer care service is available on all the weekdays between 9.30 AM to 6.30 PM IST. Or you can email your query to anoumish@gmail.com. After the product is dispatched by us, you will receive the tracking code, with which you can track the status of your purchased product.
All prices are inclusive of GST.
We disclaim our liability in case of any delay in the delivery due to unforeseen events or wrong delivery address provided by the buyers.

Domestic Orders

We provide Free Shipping and Free Returns* on all orders.
COD charges are as follow ( Max Order Value Capped at 10000 INR)

Orders below 2500 is 140 INR
Orders between 2500 INR and 4999 INR is 190 INR.
Order between 5000 INR and 10000 INR is 240 INR.

We usually ship the product within 3-4 working days after receiving the order and try and deliver them within a week unless and otherwise mentioned different on particular product.
For all the COD order you will receive confirmation text or call so please make sure you respond to that as soon as possible to avoid any delays in fulfilment.
Delivery of all orders will be done to the address as provided by you at the time of placing the order. In case of modifications, kindly send us an email at anoumish@gmail.com mentioning order ID within 24 hours of placing the order.

Insurance

ANOUMISH insures each purchase during the time it is in transit until it is delivered to you. We require a signature for any goods delivered, at which point responsibility for your purchased goods passes to you. If you have specified a recipient who is not you for delivery purposes (for example as a gift) then you accept that evidence of a signature by them (or at that delivery address) is evidence of delivery and fulfilment by anoumish and transfer of responsibility in the same way.

Taxes and Duties

For Indian Customers, GST is included in the price shown on site unless specifically specified.
